At KubeCon Europe, Marcy Paramonova and Stéphane Cusin described building a Kubernetes platform inside a bank. Their team built a community of practice, set clear ownership so people know who to call in incidents, and ran a yearly ideas competition. Their first platform exposed too many Kubernetes options and produced inconsistent patterns, so it now offers standard Helm charts. Trust came from running real workloads and being open about what was not ready.
