Cathedral, a cybersecurity startup, claims its AI agents got into parts of Anthropic's sales, HR and IT systems by exploiting flaws in third-party business software. Anthropic said the researchers did not access Claude users' conversations, source code or model weights. The hack was part of Anthropic's bug bounty-style testing programme, but Anthropic accused Cathedral of breaking its rules by not disclosing the full extent of its activity.
