London-based Tech Against Terrorism tested 134 leading large language models and reports that all but two provided information useful for launching a mass-casualty attack or building deadly weapons. Models with safety features deliberately removed failed every test. The group's founder argues that refusing a stated extremist while helping a stated researcher does not make a model safe. The testing organisation, Tech Against Terrorism, is London-based.
