AWS has made Web Answer generally available as a managed AgentCore Gateway tool. An agent sends a natural-language question and gets back a synthesised answer with source citations in one tool call. Per-call options include domain filters, date ranges and country. It is only in US East (N. Virginia) at launch, with more Regions promised, which matters for UK teams with data residency needs.
