On 30 October 2026 the Digital Regulation Cooperation Forum, covering the CMA, FCA, ICO and Ofcom, published a joint statement on personal AI agents. It sets out work each regulator has started, how they will keep collaborating, and how existing legal frameworks apply. No new deadlines are set.
